Disaster struck on the afternoon! Having spent the morning whizzing round town with Kev, we all excitedly piled in for an afternoon at the seaside.
Our joy was short lived as smoke began to bellow out from under the bonnet. Thinking quickly, everyone out, then lifted the bonnet to discover a wiring loom on fire. Only a small flame but the damage had been done. Thankfully I have RAC Homestart. The patrol arrived and set about rewiring the loom. All done and a great job too, but the day had now turned to evening - too late for the beach.
